Warranty

All parts come with a 10-day test and inspection period from the date of delivery. Unless stated otherwise, replacement will be arranged or a refund given solely at our discretion. Please note we do not accept good part returns, for which no credit or refunds will be issued.

Return Merchandise Authorization

To apply for an RMA number, please click here.
Your email must contain the following:

• Lucas Seven, Inc. Invoice Number
• Your Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
• Part Number
• Serial Number
• Brief description of the problem.

Once we receive your email, we will send you an RMA number. You will have 10 days from the issue date to return the product. Any product returned after 10 days will be refused. RMA numbers are only issued up to and including 10 days of delivery receipt date.

Once all authorized return items have been received, the credit process will begin. Credit will be applied to original form of payment within 10 to 15 business days. If a credit card was used for purchase, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to be posted to your account. Please notify us immediately if you decide to keep all or part of the items scheduled for return, as this will delay credit.

Please use a traceable carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHL Express) that has a well-established and reliable tracking system. If the carrier loses or damages the return item(s), you will be able to file a claim against them.

Our Receiving Department CANNOT receive product without a prior "Return Authorization" number issued by Lucas Seven, Inc. Any item without a "Return Authorization" will be refused and returned to you, at your expense.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping any returns back to Lucas Seven, Inc. at your own expense. You will not be reimbursed for this expense or original shipping charges.

Please make certain to pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging supplied. The item(s) need to be returned in entirety (all hardware, software, cables, documentation, etc.) in the boxes Lucas Seven, Inc. originally supplied. If not feasible to use the original packaging, insure the boxes used are as secure as possible. Write the Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number on all boxes. This is an 8 digit number supplied by us. The return address is:
